are they really back? March 16, 2007 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The song is totally Fugees-like, but it is just more now-days.. And it is fantastic. The sound has so many levels and facets!! But now it has been TWO years since the song first came out.. And where are they? Where is the RECONCILIATION? We all know that Wyclef still rocks, I know that Lauryn is still awesome. Getting better and better (I saw her perform several weeks ago).. And this song definitely shows they are still full of creativeness and FRESH ideas.. what is the problem then? I hope the album will come out eventually and I hope it will be worth 10+ years of waiting. I gave it four stars only because they never reconciled although they said in the song they were about to..
can't wait for their new album March 31, 2006 this song is good. get it if you can
just ok January 27, 2006 2 out of 6 found this review helpful
considering all the Hype with this reunion this song is just ok.Lauyrn Hill is back, but not back to her Peak time of say a decade ago.Wyclef is just going through the motions.Pras is just there. not a Comeback track for all this time.

Well I don't think those other comments were from real fans, but since I am a fan I just want to say finally!!!! I like it, when clef says I would rather kill myself, become a ghost and write for my self, yea that's nothing but fugee.....
I've Been Waiting For This Moment For 9 Years (3.5 Stars) November 19, 2005 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
Yeah, it's been that long since The Score dropped. Anyway, "Take It Easy" is a good song. The production on this track is good, but Pras soils it with some weak lyrics. I never thought he was all that tight, so I wasn't expecting much, but it's like he's getting worse or something. Wyclef's verse is just okay. He drops a decent lyric here or there, but nothing to write home about. Basically, what makes the song worth checking out for me was to find out whether or not L-Boogie could still spit flames. If you haven't heard this song and you're curious, the answer is definitely yes. She rips it. No question. I'd reccomend checking this out. It's not their best stuff, but it's refreshing to hear these guys together again.
